I never played competitive.
The most competitive thing I ever do is swords dance, nasty plot, and dragon dance.
The closest thing I ever had to stall was eviolite Porygon2 with recover, ice beam, thunderbolt, and tri attack.
Was I doing it right, am I missing anything now?
Also, is eviolite in SV?

Stall basically gained every single defensive mon with a shitty type being able to Tera into a good defensive type, it can still work. Just not as brainlessly as before.

Your Porygon would've been more stall-y if it had toxic, recover, discharge and maybe protect. Idk I haven't played since gen 6
