Could be worth using on a Grassy Terrain team with Weakness Policy. Tera definitely helps but I have no idea what type would work best for it.

Levitate would be a bit too much, I guess. But Speed Boost was a must, and when I saw the pre-evo had Slow Start, I was sure the evo would have Speed Boost.
