Only 6 hours of playtime so far but here's a few opinions from someone who has gone into the games completely blind. Only saw the initial announcement trailer and the box legendaries, nothing else.

>Game looks amazing but runs like shit, don't know if it's the game's fault or the console's fault
>Mount feels clunky, somehow took a step back from PLA
>Quaxwell looks like shit, Floragato looks good, haven't seen Fuecoco's 2nd stage yet
>Lechonk is based, Oinkologne looks like shit
>Tarountula, Spidops are both garbage
>Pawmi, Fidough, Charcadet are based
>Squawkabilly is mid
>Nacli is mid, might be cooler once it evolves
>Tadbulb is cute
>Shroodle is mid
>Klawf is based
>Flamigo is literally just a flamingo
>Nemona is a baddie

Don't have any badges yet, just been exploring and catching since I started. Going in with almost zero knowledge has made the experience a lot more enjoyable, so far, gives off that nostalgia of the early games, not knowing what you're going to run into next. Hopefully there are some cooler pokemon later on down the line cause a lot of the early game ones are just not it.
