Just like how Beauty and the Beach was banned because of non-exposed body parts. Just like how the Poygon episode was banned and Porygon banned from appearing in the anime because of a strobe light effect the animators purposelly put in there, and animated Pikachu to cause it, but Porygon gets blamed instead.
