Torkoal is the only sun setter unless you plan on using Sunny Day and teams will have a Trick Room package and/or Chlorophyll mon for it as well. That's half of a team built around getting the most out of Torkoal.

Torkoal was used in previous generations and was quite good, but the arrival of the Paradox mons and Protosynthesis upped the importance of sun so now we'll see it a lot more.
