>>52204662The sales are entirely because of the size of the brand and this being hyped up as the Elden Ring of Pokemon, there's a decent chance the next games will suffer a (small) hit thanks to everyone noticing how little effort went into these, especially if they never address the issues.
...which will most likely end up irrelevant anyway given how gen 10 will most likely be on the Switch's successor and everyone will want to buy it again.
