Miyamoto didn't direct Sticker Star, and since that game happened he's walked back or contradicted a lot of the tenants that game upheld. If anything I'd be more worried he's try to work a gimmick into it for the sake of doing something new over trying to homogenize it, but GF is doing that every gen now anyways lmao
