The perfect game is s fusion of these two games. Both games developed at the same time and take significant steps forward yet also both are heavily flawed. I hope the next game incorporated the positive aspects from both games

Just give SV an optimisation patch that gets rid of all the glitches and bugs and I would be happy already.

PLA is """polished""" because it has barely anything to do other than the arbritary checklists they make you fill out, literally 1 city and 75% grassy fields. You can't have both polish and content, it's one or the other with this series.

Never happening because it would strip down the games even more. The loss of trainer battles meant they had to add extra bloat in, but removing battle transitions would create een more work for them to fill out the 30 hours that most expect from their Pokemon games.

SM/USUM were worse and didn't have the natdex. The only passable 3DS games were XY/ORAS and there's still plenty to criticize them for. I'm just glad Scarlet/Violet are actually fun to play for once in the past decade.

I am talking about visual and play issues. SM/USM didnt had any of that. Maybe small FPS drops during heavy cutscenes but nothing as disgusting as SV.
