Pokemon Sword and Shield sold 25 million copies at $60 per with $30 DLC sold on top. This is arguably the single largest money haul in Pokemon history.
The most disappointing thing about SV and the future of Pokemon as a whole is that absolutely none of that money translated into making SV better. There is no actual reason to support this franchise except out of mental illness.
