Found 5 set spawns around the map, all 5 were females.
At the beginning I thought they do not respawn since they are on set locations after being captured/fainted.
But it seems they actually respawn but takes several hours.

But all of them are FEMALE again. Even one Charcadet I fond randomly on a den was female.
