So when Reeetardkun was streaming the games seemed to be pretty stable, and also with other leakers.
So now I am wonderin: are SV lagging because of Anti-piracy (denuvo-style)? Or were they already this bad?

It's gamefreaks fault for making everything CPU intensive. You watched an emulator stream, and even thst had many LOD issues and the Zero area dropping frames. It was chalked up to being on emu.

SV is lagging mostly because of the memory leak issue. People playing on emulators or people who reset every hour will have a much better experience

Considering it's running at a stable 30 FPS for me on an emulator, I'm inclined to say it's just hardware issues.
And switch doesn't have denuvo-like anti-piracy bullshit. They don't need to have it, shit on switch sells anyway.
