I remember when Arlo hyped the shit out of Mario Odyssey which was thoroughly mediocre. I’m sure he had some financial incentive to do so.

I will say PC’s gen 2 criticisms were good and pretty original. Although I still think gen 2 is the best gen when you’re not playing under ridiculous arbitrary restrictions designed to make a shallow battle system designed for children challenging. Still, some of those flaws he pointed out were pretty significant, like Giovanni not actually returning at the radio tower. Very anti climactic.
