The Pokemon Twitter account usually makes at least 2 tweets a day. Then the launch of SV happens and they haven't made a single tweet since the 19th. They would rather not tweet at all than address all the issues their customers face in SV. Is it pride?

Normally companies make statements addressing people's concerns and let them know that they are aware of it and are working on a fix. Also, I don't think whoever runs the twatter account actually is a dev so they have plenty of time to just make a simple tweet acknowledging their customers' dissatisfaction.

They aren't in the position to say anything that hasn't been handed to them by the Japanese side
