Wild final evos are fine.

What isn't are:
>trade evos
>item evos (that includes stone evolutions and hold item + level up/do specific task)
>all other evolution methods that aren't just standard level ups

Why shouldn't item evos be allowed? You see stones scattered throughout the world all the time, is it weird if a pokemon walked up to one and used it?

Because you're supposed to WORK for them. Level up evos makes sense since they scale with the world. What's the point in even having Razor Claws in the game if you can just go to Mount Pissfart and catch wild Weavile's with 0 effort?
