You can't buy Ability Patches, they're locked behind 6 and 7 star raids.

For all the streamlining they've done I'm stunned they haven't bothered with EVs yet

Vitamins should max one stat desu, for niche situations where one needs a specific number of EVs they should introduce another item plus reintroduce feathers since they've embraced PLA crafting anyway

Going from 250k to EV a mon in SWSH DLC back to 500k is pretty annoying, at least EV training is pretty painless with overworld encounters
