If Skyrim and Cyberpunk taught us anything, it's that history will quickly forget about disastrous game launches after a couple of years of bug fixes and community mods. GameFreak is taking a page right out of Bethesda and CDPRs book, make no mistake here. The games we got are no accident, that's just the standards of the industry now. Release games first, finish them later. This is an overglorified early access release.
