beat the first gym, first titan, and first Regional Gang Team leader, and I haven’t used the picnic feature at all. idk what the purpose of the food is even meant to be for.

The clodsire on my team was my Ace, I dunno how but he managed to beat the final boss alone and a few levels under, absolutely based Pokemon.

Think you can make sandwiches that give a ton of boost including shiny rate modifiers, though you get that one after becoming champion. Entering picnic mode also resets the spawns which is helpful for hunting shinies.

catch something that learns curse by level up, delete a move off clodsire and give it a mirror herb, and then put the two in a picnic and wait a min.
