i dont know the answer, im sorry. i do have a question: i will randomly encounter map spots where i hear some shiny sound like im getting closer to something (it gets steadily louder based on proximity to a spot) but there is nothing there. this has happened at least twice so far. anyone else?

Pokemon usually don't even load in the overworld while riding without the dash. I'll be dodging a Makuhita or something then suddenly stop like an egg is hatching and after 3 seconds of inputs not doing anything I realize I'm in battle against a Rookidee or Nymble and get surrounded by Hoppip or equal shitmons as the game struggles to load the battle interface. If you run in a circle, not even dashing, just hold the sticks in the same direction like when hatching eggs, you'll realize the mount runs faster than the camera and after 5ish minutes you won't even be in the frame. I'm sure that's a near instant flaw with the dash but I haven't tested yet. These games do have some decent exploration ideas but it's a step diagonally backwards from PLA. The devs obviously looked to Sonic 06 for inspiration and the end result is these games fucking suck.

When one of those static terastalized Pokémon randomly despawn, you'll keep hearing the sound. When you reload the area, the Pokémon should appear again in that spot. No idea why they despawn, I've had it happen right in front of my eyes while running towards one

Ignore this anon. All the Paradoxes for your version spawn freely in Area Zero after destroying the time machine.

Are they? I caught a White Florges on my first trip there and I wanted to catch a white Flabebe that was sitting around it but it flew off during the battle. Try looking around the area that leads into it from Glaseado Mountain (with the PokeCenter next to a field of flowers and that Artist), that's where I got mine.

I DID IT!!
I put a mirror herb on both Pawmi and a Breloom that knows Mach Punch, and when I exited the picnic Pawmi had Mach Punch.
I always assumed they had to be at least in the same egg group to pass moves on, but no, know st have them both hold a mirror herb.

Does Rage Fist begin building power when Annihilape gets hit by something faster? Or does it require you to use Rage Fist first like regular Rage?

money shouldn't be much of an issue. just pickup stuff and fight trainers the game throws loads of money at you. alternatively you can get LP just by finding tera raid crystals, which can also be used to buy them.

ive caught a LOT of the same pokemon, and what i think it is is that when its a mon you already have, a successful capture is always represented as a crit. this means you know if its going to fail if the ball doesnt jiggle before shaking. it can shake three times, but it will never catch. if its going to succeed, itll be a critical. im almost 100% on this. i assume its a bug of some sort? it was maybe intended as increased critical capture rate for dexed mons, and someone fucked up somewhere? regular critical captures are still in, so thats what im thinking

I did it with ZR. The trick is they need to do the 1000 steps without interruption. That means no battles or having them teleport back into their ball if lag too far behind. Just run in a circle for two or three minutes and then level them up once.

I've found a few, but didn't take note. If you're willing to breed there's a fairly common Lilligant spawn near the normal gym, by a lake. I can't remember the direction, but you can easily see the town from the lake.

it doesn’t matter what the state of the pokemon is. you can fix its ivs with bottlecaps, change its nature with mints and modify its ability with ability capsules and patches. you can try to have it be closer to perfection on acquisition but it’s no longer necessary. even moreso if you just dupe items with the riding glitch

Actually in the town with the Normal gym you can talk to a guy to change your tera type to any other type if you have 50 tera shards for the type you want to become. So only Ball, Gender, and Shiny status can't be changed after the fact.

I’m some of the Titan caves I entered with Arven, when the cutscenes started there was a Pokeball on the floor inside the cave, but only with some titans. Once it was a great ball.

You get quite a bit of money/LP by exploring, battling trainers and getting resources from raids, but I don't know if it's feasible to exclusively EV train using vitamins. It's around 500k to EV train one mon by buying them which will drain quickly if you want to use a variety of Pokemon. I've been EV training the old fashioned way in bulk by equipping a full team of power items, it's pretty fast with overworld encounters.

Capsules, Mints and Bottle Caps are cheaper and much better use of money, but Patches are 1% drops from 6 star raids only so catching/breeding/trading for hidden abilities is the way to go for that.

The tm that drop from the raids is completely random or it depends on the type?

If I want for example something like thunder punch, should I keep farming electric raids or I can just farm everything and cross my fingers?

TMs don't drop from raids anymore do they? Just craft TMs, the materials are easy to farm with auto battle.
