6 star raids go on for 10minutes when it can be brought down to 30s cooperating. 7 star raids I haven't heard much about but I'm willing to wager is probably a similar nightmare if not coordinated properly. If some retard brings in their shiny Gastrodon or something it unironically will just gimp 3 other people who will most likely cancel the raid and avoid you like the plague

For 5 star raids you want to bring over level 75 Pokémon that can hit hard for super effective damage and Terrastyle into that type. So anything that can hit hard super effective and don't get killed is the best.

Basic rules.

1. Your pokemon should resist the typing of the raid pokemon itself, the tera type is not as important.

2. Your pokemon should have a move that is super effective against the tera type

Perfect case scenario, you resist the raid pokemon and have stab against the tera type, but it's not at all necessary.

3. Bring status moves like Taunt, or Screens, or Sword dance/Nasty plot.
These only work until the shield comes up,

4. When the sheild comes up, terastilize your pokemon, it will melt the shield faster then regular attacks.

5. EV trained, level 100 Kai/Mira are a good start, but you'll honestly need a handful of pokemon to pick from.
