The funny thing is that PLA is proof that they can have animations for flying and walking, Decidueye looks fine.

I saw hawlucha flying in a battle once but in another he was on the ground in fights too, same thing with tropius.
What causes the pokemon to be either flying or stationary when they can do both i wonder and maybe its the same with charizard?
