There's nothing wrong with the game. Bugs are normal in every software. Personally I didn't encounter any game-breaking bug in my playthrough. So why are they offering a refund? Are they trying to destroy their own pokemon ip's dignity? If you don't like it, just don't buy it, it's that simple?
