Won’t the game being so shit affect merchandise? I mean the kids probably stopped playing after it being so bad and their pokemon buddies just fucking vanishing from the world or getting scared from the graphical glitches, the anime is gone for now so there is no marketing for the merch, the only thing I can see holding itself together is the TCG and even that has a lot of sales just because of the anime marketing
