Its a giraffe with psychic powers, having good special attack is mandatory, the problem is that it also has so have a decent attack stat too, and since its not a psuedo or a legendary it only has so much Base Stats to spread around, to it ended up as SLOW, (Somewhat) FRAIL, MIXED ATTACKER. existing in the powercrept hellhole of "nu-Pokemon" where every other new Pokemon is perfectly optimized stats.
