Since megas are dead, looking at cross-gen evos (only gen 8-9 ones), regional variants and convergents (they're literally just an excuse to give Regionals a different species name), and Paradox mons, we get a breakdown of this:

I counted stuff like Tauros variants for each, only counted fully evolved pokemon, and Iron Valiant counted for Gen 3 and 4.
Kanto not surprising at all, Johto definitely NEEDS those variants and evos badly. Unova getting a ton is like, fine I guess? All the Gen 5/6/7 ones are genuinely great updates to those Pokemon and I can't really complain (beside Braviary being like, super whatever).
Hoenn and Sinnoh are the really blatantly awful ones, god they need some shit. Like i don't know throw a regional variants onto something like Flygon for fan service, get some fun variants on shitmon lines, and then for fucks sake let something like Tropius, Carnivine, Zangoose/Seviper, Absol, Chimecho get evos. Fuck at least let Spinda have one at some point, Farfetch'd and Dunsparce got one let Spinda have SOMETHING
