Getting up in the mountains and finding out that the forest was actually bamboo and hearing the erhu was absolutely wild
And getting to Alfornada and being pleasantly surprised that they didn't squander the opportunity to have a Moroccan themed city
The fast paced Mesagoza/Academy theme is also great
Also the theme in the eastern mines sounds like it could have come from the Goron/Eldin region of Hyrule
Pleasantly surprised that there was quite a bit of Celtic music too, SWSH really blew that opportunity big time. I mean regardless of what you think of SV I don't think anyone can disagree that it took a giant dump on SWSH and I didn't even hate SWSH.
