I don't know what the board thinks because they're consistently wrong but I personally love the hammer fairy's design. The pre evos kind of remind me of Sackboy too, which was a cute design also.

I been playing around with EVs on Tinkaton lately, currently I have 252 in both Health and Defense while the 6 remaining points in Special Defense, she's super tanky with this build but her damage feels lacky without Swords Dance, so I'm debating on cutting half of the points from Health and putting them into Attack that way she'll still be quite tanky while having decent damage.

Is this a good idea or the points will be too spread-out?

If you want a bulky EV spread 252hp is better then 252def because it works on both physical and special moves as well as moves like seismic toss, you could also experiment abit with more specific matchup spreads but that is abit more specialized and team dependant.

Currently just in-game, I'm too amateur for competitive or smogon.

I'm using Leftovers(For HP regain without sacrificing a slot for Draining Kiss), I tried out Muscle Band and that kind of helped with damage a bit, I don't have Life Orb yet but I'm not too keen on losing HP just for a smidge of more damage than Muscle Band.

I did ran 252 HP/252 Attack/6 Speed build previously which had really good damage and decent bulk, she can usually 1-2 OHKA most targets while good at taking attacks on switch-ins, but when she gets it by a SE attack it hurts, then I tried my current 252 HP/252 Def/6 Sp Def and with that build she has better switch-ins and shrugs off SE attacks easier, but she needs to Swords Dance for her damage.

If Corv tera's into Ground, it would stop an electric tink, but if tink is fire, then it would need an appropriate tera to get some resistance. I don't know what corv would be best suited for tera-wise but I guess then it just becomes a guessing game whether tink is electric or fire.
Ironically if corv tera's into rock to block the fire, it becomes vulnerable to gigaton hammer doing actual damage. Fiddling around with different combinations right now and it feels like it's mostly a guessing game: Tink has to guess what tera type corv is and whether to use physical or special, corv has to guess which resistance to get because if tink goes special and gets the right type, corv auto-loses. If tink burns the first turn with fake tears and corv predicted correctly while iron defensing, the type covers the special attack while iron defense covers physical and tink falls behind 1 turn on setup and I think corv pulls that one out. If they expect tink to go special and tink sword dances, they get hammered. But I think corv Has to tera on turn 1 or they don't get the chance at all due to getting outsped.

tl;dr - Both sides play a guessing game that isn't so clear cut for either side, but tink definitely has more options than corv from what I'm seeing.

^ Exactly. At this point we're just assuming a 1v1 but I imagine this scenario would rarely go down in actual matches.
As an aside, Tink could also play the resistance game and tera into ghost and corv's bodypress does nothing.

If Corviknight Tera's into Ground or something to tank the Electric move it's just getting flattened by Gigaton Hammer on the next turn anyways because it's no longer a Steel type. That's why. Hell Tink can even just switch out because a Ground-type Corv is completely fucking worthless but the Electric Tink will always be able to do something later.

Defensive tera is much, much weaker than Offensive tera.

something to note, some pokemon will appear closer to the screen, part of flareon face was under the emotion icons because he was closer to the screen. Tink apparently needs a lot of clearance for that hammer and was standing much farther back.

Why do Gamefreak designs most non-Mega/Legendary Fairy type mons as either Tanks/Healers with low Attack or Offensive but very fragile, and most of them are Supports too?

Well for one, Klefki can't learn Swords Dance. It's also far less tanky than Tinkaton, and while it does have more attack, it eats shit in nearly every single other category compared to Tink. If you pit the two against each other, Tinkaton would have spiffy new keychain on her hammer.
So this is a pretty retarded comparison. Then again, people needed to compare Mawile to Tink, despite the former having shit tier stats compared to Tinkaton, so it's safe to say that everyone's only looking at ATK for some reason.

Mawile being Steel type always bugged me, she looks like a plant specially the Peapod, so you'll expect she'll be Grass type from glancing at her, but somehow she's a Steel type without any characteristics to show what makes her Steel type, then they added Fairy type to her which also doesn't make sense because she's based on the Futakuchi-onna which should've made her Ghost type instead, also she's wearing Shrine Maiden clothes which she should've been 100% Female.
What is going on with her?

You know if Corviknight vs Lycanroc Battle Deck didn't exist, I can guarantee you there would be a Battle Deck of Tinkaton vs Corviknight coming around the corner, and they can't do Bisharp either because it already had a Battle Deck with Wigglytuff.
Do they make new Battle Decks for Pokemon who already had one?
I guess, the only choice is a Kingambit vs Tinkaton Battle Deck then?
