Annihilape seems to be pretty popular and I think its well deserved ngl. Its quite cool and feels like a unique evo for a gen 1 mon while also continuing the theming of the line

Pokemon Scarlet/Violet was a breath of fresh air for me. I was pretty lukewarm about most of the designs in Sword/Shield, but here in gen 9, I'm having trouble forming a team because I love so many of the new Pokémon and want to use them all.

It's not a mimic. You retards put that predisposed expectation on it. Gimmighoul only spawn as the chests, and the chests on their own do not spawn as overworld items. Kingambit for me. Super cool evolution and its kind of funny as well.
Annihilape is a close second.

Most of the stuff I like this gen are evolutions or at least have some relation to older pokemon. As far as completely new stuff goes I liked Meowscarada, and Tinkaton (didn't end up using this one on my team though) has a cute design too, but nothing else really caught my attention

I also liked the Meowscarada, Skeledirge, Pawmi, Smoliv, Cetoddle, Tadbulb, Tinkatink and Charcadet lines. Bombirdier, Annihilape and Kingambit are also pretty cool. The legendaries are all great too. This gen has some great designs, though also some shit ones like quaqaval and oinkologne

I'm split on it desu. It's such an ugly snacks mascot looking, poorly modeled motherfucker, but it's so much fun to use in-game and it has so many wacky animations. Realizing the belt fanny pack thing was the same chest it nested in as a Gimmighoul improved its design a lot in my eyes.
