Anyone got tips/tricks for Pokemon Scarlet/Violet?

I missed so much shit with Sword/Shield that I flat out need people to tell me where the fuck to go, or what to do. I finally figured out how to change my clothes/school uniform, and I had to double check we didn't get a Free-vee in this game as well.
