I don't care about this guy or his dog. Did Game Freak write this to appeal to the Good Ol' Heckin Doggo crowd? Around the second or third time when it seemed like he was doing something shady off-screen, I thought maybe he'd have the other legendary and was scamming you to get the herbs for it.
