At most your getting 1 "Kalos" town(keep in mind Southern Kalos is basically an OC region as there's one town that even slightly borders it; and its not a small chunk of france that is missing from the current Kalos Map; its practically split in half), the rest of that is other areas.
Additionally rather than crying about "gamefreak trolling" just understand that any regional influence is going to be light regardless; they are tourists at best and will fill in the gaps with what they know.
