I'm about to start the game, but I want to know if there's a "hardest path" to take in this game. Is there anything like this?

There's no level scaling, so the further north you go the more difficult things get. The "hardest path" will just be to go where things are a higher level. And then you'll reach a point where you have to double back to easily breeze through a few badges ruining your idea of "hardest path"

The top right area is the highest level and hardest to get to area in the game.

The actual hardest path would be to beeline it for the Fighting Star Base but that's basically impossible. In general it'd be hardest to do Team Star first, along with some of the later titans and gyms while skipping the earlier ones.
