>>52343466The sugar and caffeine are all that's "bad" for you, and both are fine in moderate quantities. Most everything else in Red Bull is a salt of a B vitamin, which are all water soluble so you just piss em out if your body decides you don't need any more of it. That's also why taking B vitamin supplements can turn your piss bright yellow-green. It just goes right through you. Taurine is the only other "mysterious chemical" in Red Bull, and it occurs naturally in certain meats like turkey (happy Thanksgiving) and is an amino acid that is most likely only beneficial for your body in realistic or even high supplemented amounts. Red Bull has a higher amount than meat would, but it's considered to most likely be helpful.
In general though, large amounts of caffeine, which Red Bull has, is terrible for your health. Bad for your sleep schedule, your heart, and not really any good for anything besides staying awake. In extremely high amounts you can literally die from the cardiac effects, so don't binge on Red Bull or espresso, or even coffee. Drugs are powerful.
