It's largely goofing around until the evil chicks decide to flood the city, then Latios dies. The best movie is the Giratina one because unlike the games and Pokespe here Giratina is the good guy and a super friendly legendary. He even recognizes Ash in the Arceus movie, greeting him with a big smile like a dog seeing his owner come home.
