BW look much nicer than new games, some proper pixel art etc. Also they are much worse than BW2, don't see a point in playing it. Maybe if GF kept on with mega gimmick.

HGSS were great.
Hoenn fags didn't seem to like ORAS. I didn't like it either, but Hoenn always sucked imo. So nothing new.
Sinnoh fags didn't seem happy with their remake. I didn't play them, so I wouldn't know. But they seem to really hate them.
FRLG? I dunno. I grew up with RBY, and FRLG were fine at the time, but looking back now, they're really bland. (Although it might be stylistic/artistic/mechanical fatigue from so many romhacks using it as a base)
Uhh... I mean, it's our turn now. Gen 5 bros. I guess we have to take our lumps and hope for the best. Which, so far, the best may be hoping for mediocrity.
I'm just saying, reaaaally lower your expectations. Me? I'm expecting the worst remakes where they redesign Hilda like they did to Kris.

As soon as you go to the area with muuna in it you see them unabashedly beating a pokemon and their whole facade about WANTING TO SAVE POKEMON falls apart. They're just shity team rocket clones.

Johto is currently the region with the most distance (12 years since the last game) so it will be Legends Celebi next, followed by ILCA BW. BW2 will be ignore completely and Gen 11 will have Legends Jirachi and ILCA XY etc. etc.

On one hand, I would love a remake that gives more focus on Cheren, Bianca, and N the same way that Scarlet and Violet does by giving Nemona, Arven, and Penny their own storylines.
On the other hand, a Legends Unova that explains what the deal with the king the engravings in the Abyssal Ruins describes might be neat.

The best we can hope for is another sequel, that way we can just ignore it if it's garbage like all modern sequels.
It's also impressive how the discourse about BW remakes hasn't really changed since ORAS, nobody wants them and now that Let's Go and BDSP exists people really don't want them. The best people say is they want a Legends game, but that's not only not really a remake, they'll probably never make another Legends game like they'll never make another Let's Go, and instead do something else fucking weird.

I've always liked the trainer chibi models from XY/ORAS. I wouldn't mind a remake of BW in that style, especially since they're going to be in 3D anyways. I'd rather have an aesthetic I like rather than SwShit or SVomit. And when I want to experince the game in superior sprite mode, I can just pull out the originals.

It's going to be BDSP style and somehow they'll find a way to make it even more bland.

Ideally I want a hybrid of Legends and SV, for example it be cool to be able to throw poke balls in the overworld, you could balance that by forcing you into combat if you fail the catch the pokémon with the overworld throw instead of doing nothing like in PLA. This way completing the pokédex feels smoother but still doesn't make wild battles completely irrelevant.

Also I'd like to see an unrealistic region, area zero looks really cool and makes me wish the entire of Paldea looked like that. I'm tired of the stale region design, here's the desert area, there's the snowy area etc.
