if you're feeling extra autistic you should sum up the BST of each pokemon as well. if you're feeling extremely autistic you could sum up the effective raw stats. (for example: factoring in Red's Pikachu as 1.5x special attack and physical attack because of the light ball).

But there is very little lore for champion powerlevels (and whatever little there is - leon sucks dick there too, see >>52358485 )

So it makes sense that teams get compared instead. Teams are what fight battles

The only outlier in this >>52357143 is Red due to his shitty team with inflated HGSS/LGPE levels

Everything else is pretty spot on as far what the overall strongest NPC teams are (BDSP Cynthia and E4, BW2 CM, Wally, Barry etc.)
