Just Bring a Blissey and make sure it has Calm Mind. Also, Pachirisu has a really good debuff role with Baby Doll Eyes and Thunder Wave, if you want to take him down, bring those two. The others can really be whatever you want.

>strategy 2: you alreay know that he has two giratina in his party, just save something super effective for them
>strategy 3:use a tanky mon, pretty much any will do but the common one most use is ursaluna because it's easy to get and it has goods stats and typing. When Volo is on his 6th mon before Giritina, just sit on the tank and spam all the heal items you've been hoarding throughout the game to heal your team ready for the two giratinas

Just squish him with level 100 dudes if you can't win fairly.
EXP candy is easy as fuck to get. Just loop through areas and catch all the alphas to get your grind on.
