It can’t be for the working man to take it to work cause it’s colourful, it can’t be for a fancy gathering, it can’t even be used just out of style for random everyday things just for how garish it looks, I would say that it’s probably to be a funny costume but even then I don’t think people would be able to afford a 1000 dollar suit just for a measly joke (I assume the price is that high based on the proce of pokémon merch, ot’s super expensive)
