He's center to the main plot and it was really cool to see him fully evolve and train all the random Pokemon he caught as part of the Path of Legends instead of abandon them the moment Mabosstiff was fully healed. It was a little funny how once The Way Home was completed Arven sort of lost his path because all his objectives were complete, so while Nemona and Penny got jobs to do Arven just sort of stuck around. He should've tried to cultivate more Herba Mystica or something.
>PennyDidn't know what to think about her at first, I think I ended up liking her. It was interesting how her plan went overboard and she ended up stuck in a rut after things spiraled out of control, resorting to criminal means to try and fix the problems she caused, with you as the vessel allowing her growth. Sure Clavell is more center to her story than you, but afterwards she still leaves her NEET cave and joins the team for the Area Zero expedition solely because you asked her to. You can see her grate against Nemona's insanity and Arven's brooding nature, though she apologizes after she makes rude comments and gets closer to both of them. She is an interesting character.
I think the ensemble cast of SV is one of the best parts of the game. You get the feeling that these guys became friends with you, and then became friends with each other through their connection to you.
