Anons who don't use legendaries, do you not use them for lore reasons or because they're too powerful they trivialize the game? Do you guys make exceptions for lower BST legendaries? How do you feel about Ultra Beasts and Paradox-mons?

Too powerful. Gotten too late to get attached to. Feels cheap since you beat the Elite Four using a Pokemon that's just objectively stronger than anything they can muster and that they could never have. I probably would make an exception for just Regigigas since he's hot garbage and not a deity the same way Groudon or Xerneas is.
Was really stoked that you only have to use Miraidon/Koraidon ONCE in entire campaign in Violet/Scarlet.
The Ultra Beasts are Legendaries in my mind but the Paradox mons are remixes of older Pokemon so I don't mind using them.

Battle facilities use legendaries against you all the time and it feels bad because my head canon. Some of them like the birds make sense but why are their multiple sets of like the genies and why do the Battle Maison heads have them?

For me, most of the time it's because 1.Too powerful and 2. Usually get them late game, so I already have a full team I've grown attached to by the time I get to the legendary.

They're usually way too late into the game. I have no problem using things like Raikou or Articuno that can be found before the last couple badges, before my team is finalized.
I fucking hate PLA for cramming all of its legendaries at the end of the game, where they're caught and boxed just for the pokedex checkmark.
As far as multiplayer, last time I played online was gen6 and it was too much of a chore to soft reset legends for natures/ivs/hidden power for me, so I just never bothered.

I don't mind using them. Pokemon games are so easy that you already have an overpowered team for E4/Champions anyway, so i might as well use some legendaries if I find them cool and have a good type coverage for the team. Your starter is already legendary tier in stats and signature moves.
I agree that a legendary only team is boring

The only game where I used a legendary (actually He's a mythical) extensively is PLA. And I was using Him to punish infidels.

I know I meant why are they using mons like the genies and the swords of justice. Aren't they supposed to be one of a kind? Regis and Birds make sense that there's multiples of them

Using Legendaries is for little kids, I used a Latios and Latias when I was a child playing Gen 3 but other than that the only legend to grace my team has been Silvally because it's so fucking dogshit it might as well be a normal Pokemon.
