Are shillmons, GF hates Raichu and pretends it doesn't exist, Eevee is another Pikachu, and GF hates Persian because it's not Meowth.
Makes me shiver, what would've become of Clefairy is they did choose her as the mascot over Pikachu..

Because for some reason GF sees Megas as Evolutions that is why they gave them to some Pokemon who were in need of buffs like Mawile and Beedrill, but gave them also to Pikachu/Eevee/Meowth because they hate their shillmons evolutions and it was their way around the NFE stronger than the FE like Lightbulb Pikachu.
