Meowscarada by a mile. They actually tried to give the starters all good tools (dual typing, strong signatures, great abilities) but Meowscarada feels like they tried to give it the best stuff even if it falls off a bit.

Also it’s Dark-type, like Greninja (who was shilled by GF and the fanbase) and Incineroar (who was shilled by GF and the fanbase sort of came around to it as time passed).
