My Dunsparce, she's currently the first, and only shiny I've caught in the new games.
I really hope she evolves into the 3 segment form, I heard that's the rarest shiny in the game currently.

Got Ralts right at the beginning, been my main mon for the whole game.
Makuhita showed up right as I went through the east gate.
Caught Haxorus as a Fraxure just before getting to the fighting crew, then the Amoonguss spawned like 15 minutes later, in the bamboo area.

got me to actually use oinkologne for like a day before I couldn't stand its design anymore and boxed it, but it's ridiculous how much the shiny improves on the female specifically (normal one looks like she's been covered in diarrhea at all times)
one of if not the only good shiny this gen

ignore my trainer's dumb mug I wasn't going to boot this game up again to get a better picture of just the shiny

I found a shiny Sandygast, but I didn't save first because it was one of the sparkly Tera ones and I didn't even notice it was shiny until I was already directly on top of it. It used Curse after it broke out of the first ball and died. Only one I've encountered.

Sandwiches make Outbreak hunts so broken that I failed this Shiny, then reclaimed it in about 3 picnic resets. Since getting the Shiny Charm I’ve successfully hunted all Violet Paradoxes. Idc what purists say, actually getting rewarded for my efforts in a reasonable amount of time is based

No pictures, but I caught a shiny deerling (now a Sawsbuck), Psyduck, and Cubchoo randomly (backed into the 'Choo today wile trying to get a look t Glasedo's Grasp's formation) and outbreak hunted a Mareanie and Flittle (now an Espathra).

All done with sandwiches. Honestly it may not even be worth using a Sandwich for Outbreak hunts. It’s incredibly easy getting 100s of encounters each reset using the picnic reset. This weekend I’m probably going to test how successful outbreaks are with no sandwich.
