And if you did use it you're just pulling shit out of your ass to make it sound better than it is.
I used it and it fails to get KOs even with STAB SE Play Rough and at the same level as the enemy with the random nature and random EVs you get in a playthrough. It's not even relevant against the one fire leader bc of Spin Out and Screech. And for the Dragon E4 I ended up just using Ice Spinner Quaquaval because it hit harder than Fidough's Fairy STAB.
