Y'know, this reminds me that there's a message at the 6th gym that's something like "only 1/10 of trainers make it to this point," which makes me wonder if the designers made up statistics for Paldea specifically or if those numbers are derived from surveys/empirical data gathered from the switch. It's probably the former, but it'd be neat if these quotes had a basis in reality.

Can't imagine how many trainers in general fail to get to the league in general. Alola seem like an exception to the rule, but who knows how long you have been sitting on that champion chair.

I'm having a burnout too but for different reasons

Since the game is designed so little timmy can reach the ice zone with not problem you have a shitton of zones in the world where the average level of the pokemon is 15-25 killing any kind exploration the game has
