I think bug fixes in this patch will mostly be the ones that were known to them before or at launch. If they didn't find out about the item dupe until recently it might survive the first patch, but it'll for sure be addressed in the second.

the only fixes are going to be to battle rng and patching out item dupes, you'd be out of your mind to expect anything more than anything else. At BEST they'd improve performance by making slightly less pokemon spawn.
