Zacian, Zamazenta and Eternatus shouldn't even be in this gen to be honest. They were created and balanced (lmao) around a regional gimmick. No need to bring guttered versions of them back now that they don't bother bringing every Pokémon.

This reminds me when they came up with a signature move for Kommo-O after he lost his Z-Move. Creating mons around regional gimmicks is the antithesis of futureproof compatibility.

Now that you mention, they're very similar. They're both Pokémon introduced in one game and gained a new exclusive item in another under the same generation. Technically Diancie got affected by Mega removal much as any other Pokémon. It happened that she was designed together with her Mega which Gen 6 seemed to avoid giving it to new Pokémon. Gen 7 didn't restrict itself when it came for that but for Kommo-O, it seemed like Clangorous Soulblaze was such essential element for his existance that they had to create a move for similar effects.

Yeah, since placement of the Pokemon in raids is different from regular battles, they were too lazy to figure out good animations, so like 90% of the animations are just "effect around the user" and "effect around the target"
the remaining 10% are just like the beam moves that travel in a straight line and don't need to worry about Pokemon placement

It's probably a placeholder animation, and if it isn't then you're still lucky that the most broken pokemon in gen 8 even got into gen 9.

Then how come someone still in school learning 3D modeling can make a pokémon model from scratch in 1 hour or less?
Someone that gets paid to 3D model should be capable to make at least 5 models per day, which would be about 110 per month, 880 in 8 months. That's 1 person. Then you shove 1 other person do the animations. Another for buildings/furniture and another for characters. No more than 10 people can accomplish it. You end up with 160 people to do the rest.

Then you're shit at it. I used AutoCAD during apprenticeship and would complete the whole schematic in 2D and then 3D for one part of a big plan in under 1 hour.
I'm asking you to complete the model, not coloring, lighting, etc. Only the base.

Yes, they're in the base game like with sword even.
Including a few oddballs like the Kalos starters.(probably going to be thrown into the DLC later on as well considering thats what happened with the SM starters) A lot of hisui though obviously. And sword.

Its obvious to include these types of things to promote home. This was actually mentioned in pre-release super early too.
