Armarogue wants Indeedee, Farigarif probably is the best candidate but overall i'd probably want to go more offensive with him.
While not totally passive, i wouldn't want the current tailwind mons as the current thing stopping me from being passive. Talonflame/Murkrow aren't exactly scary.
From what i've seen, generally its just used with "nice advantage" mons like Bundle(yes he's banned for now but obviously i was playing casuals) and Ting Lu.
Follow Me still has some decent use as just a prediction button, and you can output some damage with mouse.
Obviously just going with a swords dance mon or something is perfectly viable too though.
