With Fighting and Fairy-types running amuck, the new lean towards offense, losing Toxic and Heal Bell, and one-dimensionality, it’s trash in singles. In doubles it still has some usability with:

Bold or Calm (depending on what spectrum of bulk you want)

• Foul Play
• Snarl
• Helping Hand
• Moonlight / Wish

Umbreon could be seeing a renaissance this gen with the recovery nerf, simply because other mons that would take its role have gotten worse.
Moonlight's PP is no longer such a big problem.

Because of the dual screen, taunt, screech and helping hand combo. Bellydrum is the fastest way to buff and status moves are cancer. Screens help protect your team mates and screech helps your physical attackers fuck over the raidmon.

I've played over a 100 raids with people online (emulator though, so people are more competent) and umbreon is an absolute staple for six star raids
