It's weird that this gen I didn't have a Pokémon that I like sooo much to have it on my top tier but maybe Brambleghast and Revavroom.

I would say Kingambit could have been a big favorite to me but unfortunately I got it too late to get attached to it

Finding shiny Tandemaus by chance early on was fun and I hated it thinking these multi turn moves are shit. I was using superfang to weaken low level mons to catch them and then Population Boost was insane kek. It's a shame I didn't get shiny 3 Maushold but oh well

A lot of strong designs this gen.
Honestly I don’t think any of them are terrible except maybe Quaquaval.
Bread dog is my favorite and well-baked body is a cool ability.

Never replacing my overall favourite, but I'm super super fond of Meowscarada.
I'm normally pretty impartial to starters but this cat is such an amazing design. Its a fun, sly looking trickster. Love it.

I was never much of a Gardevoir fag but Iron Valiant is a perfect cute robowife. Ceruledge is also perfect.

Didn't really like it's official art, that anime art there is okay, but in-game its absolutely one of the best, the extra definition to the face and texture on its skin just really make it both cute and a little cool. I'm also a big fan of it's evolution, which I find to be one of only two passable starter designs for my personal tastes in the last 4 generations (the other being Decidueye).
