But not the others.
We get told that the old teachers and directors didn't do their job properly. But apparently from the time at the Fairy camp that the old director is still respected by the Team Star or at least they don't want to pick a fight with him.
But the old students that left the school didn't come into play at all. How bad could they have all been when at the fighting camp the head bitch who bullied Eri got bullied after and joined Team Star.
It doesn't make sense to use them being bullied as a reason for the organization.
